Les Deux Alpes! Che posto meraviglioso!
Ci sono stata sia d’estate che d’inverno ed entrambe le volte mi ha entusiasmata da morire! E’ la città ideale per gli amanti dello sport… d’inverno piste chilometriche (223km per essere precisi) per ogni gusto, snowpark, ghiacciaio a 3200mt d’altitudine, bar ad alta quota dove occasionalmente sono organizzati party con dj set direttamente sulle piste (dalle 15.00 alle 17.00)! D’estate si scia sul ghiacciaio mentre “a valle” ci sono piste per mountain bike, piscine, boschi dove fare passeggiate… Insomma senza dubbio è un posto dove non ci si annoia. La città è piccola e si gira facilmente a piedi; sui lati della strada principale ci sono SOLO negozi di attrezzature sportive, bar, ristoranti, negozi di souvenir e tutto ciò che un turista può sognare : )
Un ristorante che consiglio, in particolar modo per la cucina locale (fondue, raclette, bourguignonne, tartiflette…), è Le Passe Montagne -98 Av. de la Muzelle 38860 Les 2 Alpes- ! Per 30€ a persona abbiamo mangiato tanto da sentirci male, e il rapporto qualità prezzo era decisamente buono.
Les Deux Alpes! What a wonderful place!
I’ve been there in summer and in winter and both times it thrilled me! It’s the perfect city for sport lovers… During the wintertime there are very long ski slopes (223km, to be accurate), snowpark, a glacier at 3200mt above sea level,a bar at high altitude where, now and then, parties with dj set are organized directly on the tracks (from 3 p.m. To 5 p.m.)!! During the summertime you can ski on the glacier whereas further down the valley there are tracks for mountain biking, swimming pools or you can go for a walk in the forest… So, beyond doubt, it is a place where you can’t get bored. The city is small and you can easily go on foot; on the sides of the main street there are ONLY sport equipment shops , bars, restaurants, souvenir shops and everything a tourist could possibly dream of 🙂
If you’re looking for traditional cuisine (fondue, raclette, bourguignonne, tartiflette…), I recommend “Le Passe Montagne” restaurant, 98 Av. De la Muzelle 38860 Les 2 Alpes. We really ate so much and at the price of 30€ per person it was a very convenient price/quality ratio.
