Due sono le cose che adoro del rientro dalle vacanze estive: rivedere i miei amici e provare, assieme a loro, nuovi ristoranti! La prima cena a Milano l’ho trascorsa da Pacifico, angolo tra Moscova e San Marco, locale che avevo adocchiato prima dell’estate ma ancora non avevo avuto occasione di provare.
La cucina peruviana, nonostante fosse un po’ rivisitata in chiave asiatica, mi ha piacevolmente colpito: ceviche asiatico di salmone favoloso, strepitosi sia i dim sum pollo pad thai sia i pollo macanese con latte di cocco. Infine, i taquito miraflores: particolarissimi involtini di lattuga con bacon croccante, salmone, uva e cipolla!
Il proprietario, gentile e disponibile, mi ha mostrato il locale che è arredato con gusto (milanesissimo), tanto che mi ha ricordato molto Ceresio7 e T’a Store & Bistrot.
Chicca da non perdere la toilette!
Tornerò presto a provare i cocktail all’aperitivo 🙂
Two are the things that I love the most about coming back from holidays: meeting my friends and going out for dinner in order to try new restaurants! The first night in Milan I went to Pacifico, between via Moscova and via San Marco. I saw it before leaving for Summer and I didn’t have the chance to go there until September, this is why I was super curious about it!
I was pleasurly struck by the Peruvian cousine, even if it has a small asian influence: amazing salmon asian ceviche, fantastic chicken dim sum (both the pad thai and the macanese with the coconut milk). Last but not least, the taquito miraflores: unique lettuce rolls with crunchy bacon, salmon, grapes and onion.
The owner kindly showed me the restaurant that is elegantly furnished (milanese style) and has a private room in the basement.
Please, do not forget to visit the toilet!
I’ll surely go back soon for an aperitif and, of course, for another dinner 🙂
